The BiliCocoon\u2122 phototherapy system consists of an electronic blue light generator &#8211; the light box &#8211; and a light-emitting fabric &#8211; the cushion &#8211; that transmits the blue light to the infant. The light box and the cushion are paired to emit light with a peak between 430 and 490nm and a spectral irradiance of 35 \u03bcW\u2219cm-\u00b2\u2219<br>The Bilicocoon therapy system has the advantage of a large radiating surface that surrounds the infant 360 degrees, making the therapy very effective. The device is easy to use for staff and parents alike.
