Delivery methods in Estonia
Customers can choose between different delivery methods:
- Via courier
- SmartPost parcel locker
- Omniva parcel locker
- DPD parcel locker
- Self-pickup – Meditsiinigrupp AS, Pärnu mnt. 499, Laagri, Harjumaa. Office open weekdays 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Please note! When choosing “Self-pickup” as the delivery method, the package can only be picked up if you have received an email confirming that your order has been fulfilled.
Meditsiinigrupp is responsible for the ordered and purchased goods during their transportation. From the moment the goods are received from the courier, the risk of damage and/or loss of the goods transfers to the customer. If the customer has designated a third party as the recipient of the goods (e.g., a gift recipient), by giving the corresponding instruction, they confirm that the said third party assumes the obligation to accept the goods and the responsibility for the risk of their accidental damage and/or destruction from the moment of receiving the goods from the courier.
Meditsiinigrupp cannot cancel orders after the goods have been dispatched (i.e., if the goods have been sent to the customer, the delivery cost remains the responsibility of the customer, and in case the goods are unsuitable, the usual 14-day right of return applies).
Your order will be delivered within 5 business days at the latest from the date of payment. If for any reason there is a delay with your order, we will contact you immediately. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
International delivery
Goods can also be ordered from the online store to Finland, Latvia, and Lithuania. Orders are sent to Smartpost, Omniva, or DPD parcel lockers or via courier service. The estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days, depending on the destination country and the selected delivery method. Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart during checkout.
