Directions: Brush your teeth 2-3 times a day for at least 3 minutes. With a manual toothbrush, use sweeping or circular motions each time. Use a pea-sized amount of toothpaste on the brush. If you wish to brush after eating, it is recommended to wait at least 30 minutes. Suitable for adults.
